Adjustments are a must-have part of private yoga lessons. One-on-one work insists that we customize our approach based on the needs of our clients which means that the way we adjust our clients should be as intentional and crafted. Although adjustments are a key part of private sessions, I’m not talking about adjustments as exclusively touching or moving your client into postures. Instead let’s discuss the hierarchy of adjustments for 1:1 work.
